Eventually and now in my late 30s, I took on the challenge of running my own business, which deepened my understanding of the highs and lows entrepreneurs face. From managing operations and driving growth to handling financial and personal challenges, I’ve experienced the rollercoaster of building something from the ground up
MY JOURNEY
After university, my career first began in Accountancy, where I learned the value of relationships, communication, and teamwork. From there, I transitioned into recruitment, where I embarked on my managerial career, an area I continued to develop throughout my professional life. Recruitment taught me the importance of building meaningful, long-term business relationships, which became the backbone of my success.
Over the early years, I advanced into more senior leadership roles, gaining experience in inspiring and guiding, and managing sizeable teams. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons about business and leadership:

– Making tough decisions under pressure: Developing clarity and confidence in complex situations.

What This Means for You
I know what it’s like to feel stuck because I’ve been there, many times. At times, I lived in a state of frustration, often overwhelmed, burdened by responsibility, frustrated by setbacks, and the monotony of doing it all again. I discovered that true freedom and fulfilment come from breaking through those barriers and choosing a different path.

A Lifelong Learner
Throughout my career, I have been on a continuous journey of learning—not only in leadership but also in personal development. I’ve studied ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and mentoring along with other coaching studies, NLP, and, more recently, Belief coding and other modalities that transform individuals on deeper subconscious level. I continue to learn and anticipate this will be for life. As I write copy for this website, I am currently learning CANVA, social media, writing online courses and setting up a learning platform to take my business further into training.
